  • ID verification and damage waiver/deposit required prior to check-in. This property has local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $750 (authorization hold only, released after checkout).
  • As an alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $59 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either is required before check-in. Please contact the host with any questions.
  • ID required before check-in through approved third party partner.

  • This property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property. Two additional exterior Ring cameras monitor the backyard gate entrance and driveway. All cameras are visible, record video/audio and will be on during every reservation.

  • No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
  • No use of the fireplace is allowed.
  • If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
  • No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Complaints from a neighbor may result in cancellation of your stay without refund.
